As a world class seascape photographer Joe Lategan has concentrated on the Overstrand area of the Western Cape of South Africa formost of his recent work. One of the reasons for this is that he lives in this area known as the worlds greatest biodiversity. The other is the colorful rocks and rock patterns as foreground that allows for great flowing foreground to background seascapes.
